• You gradually take on your own tasks in the technical implementation of customer requests – always supported by experienced colleagues.

• As part of the program, you have the opportunity to obtain certifications in the areas of SAP, Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, or NetApp.
• Your mentor and your open and friendly team are there to assist you with any questions.

YOUR EXPERIENCE & APPROACH:

• You have successfully completed your university studies or vocational training program, ideally in an IT-related field.
• However, what is most important to us is your passion for IT and the desire to continuously educate yourself and acquire new technologies.
• You enjoy delving deeply into IT problems and solving them for the customers.
•  Last but not least, • You are excited about the possibilities of today’s technologies, and you are constantly pushing ahead, educating yourself and acquiring new technical skills.
•  Structure forms part of your DNA and you enjoy analyzing and resolving the most intricate IT problems. You are outgoing and look forward to tackling tasks together with your team.
• Very good English language skills - German language skills (as a plus).
