WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As Support Specialist – Group Internal Projects (GIP) you will provide hands-on administrative and coordination support to project managers and project teams. You ensure smooth project operations by maintaining high-quality project documentation, reliable reporting inputs, and adherence to established project processes and standards; responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Experience in project administration, project coordination, PMO support, or a similar role in a project-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- High proficiency in creating and maintaining professional project documentation, reports, and presentations (e.g. MS Office / M365).
- Strong attention to detail and data quality, with experience in maintaining accurate project data and following up on missing or inconsistent inputs.
- Basic understanding of project management processes and standards.
- Solid communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset when supporting project managers and teams.
- Very good command of English - German language skills (as a plus)
