ServiceNow Developer 

 

WHAT MAKES YOUR JOB EXCITING:

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements
  • Implement modules, forms, workflows, and business rules
  • Support the implementation of IT service management processes in ServiceNow
  • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems to ensure seamless data exchange
  • Create reports and dashboards to monitor key performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders
  • Support the update and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform

YOUR EXPERIENCE & APPROACH.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Existing certifications in ServiceNow development are an advantage
  • Good communication skills to communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate within a team to jointly develop solutions and solve problems
  • Independent working style and the ability to continuously learn about new technologies and ServiceNow updates
  • Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its modules, including CSM and ITSM
  • Experience in development with scripting languages such as JavaScript and AngularJS used in the ServiceNow environment
  • Understanding of database concepts and experience working with ServiceNow data models
  • Ability to automate business processes and workflows in ServiceNow
  • Ability to analyse and troubleshoot errors in ServiceNow applications
