For our Regional Delivery Center in Alexandria, Egypt, we are looking for a:

ServiceNow Collaboration and Project Support

Make ServiceNow Platform known to internal employees of various group companies, sensitive for their cultures

Make ServiceNow platform known to our external customers, mainly to Germany, Austria, Poland and identify relevant Marketing spots

All needed Rollout Support with e.g. coordination, training documentation preparation, events, invitations, articles, postings in diverse channels etc.

Key user coordination in various departments

Coordinate or propose playbook of training videos in alignment with process owners and support rollout manager

Coordinate Video recording, cutting videos for further publishing

“Sounding” and Stakeholder Meetings to prepare and organize

Presentation preparation and technical stuff for meetings (onsite, remote)
