Service Manager Backoffice Member
What makes your job exciting:
- Backoffice activities in an international customer environment
- Management of invoice preparation and - the provision of procedural support for technical and organizational customer inquiries
- Providing support for transitions and re-transitions as a representative from the team.
- Creating and maintaining a wide variety of data records.
- Processing commercial tickets
- Clarifying requirements with the customer (in writing or orally)
- Creating offers according to specifications
- Ideally, experience in dealing with customers and in the back office
Your Talents:
- The ideal candidate will possess experience in similar areas such as team assistance, support, or back office.
- Basic knowledge in one or more of the following areas: managed services, data centers, Azure, hosting, PaaS, IaaS, and/or service transition
- Strong customer orientation and persuasiveness, and good skills in using Microsoft Office products.
- Additionally, the ability to demonstrate technical IT understanding.
- Very good English skills (German an advantage) is essential.
