For our Regional Delivery Center in Alexandria, Egypt, we are looking for a:

Service Manager Backoffice Member (m/f/d)

MORE THAN A JOB - THAT'S WAITING FOR YOU:

• Backoffice activities in an international customer environment
• Management of invoice preparation and - the provision of procedural support for technical and organizational customer inquiries
• Providing support for transitions and re-transitions as a representative from the team.
• Creating and maintaining a wide variety of data records.
• Processing commercial tickets
• Clarifying requirements with the customer (in writing or orally)
• Creating offers according to specifications
•  Ideally, experience in dealing with customers and in the back office

YOUR PASSION – WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• The ideal candidate will possess experience in similar areas such as team assistance, support, or back office.
• Strong customer orientation and persuasiveness, and good skills in using Microsoft Office products.
•  Additionally, the ability to demonstrate technical IT understanding.
• Very good English skills (German an advantage) is essential.
