Working locations: Ratingen, Heidelberg, Karlsruhe, Bielefeld, Memmingen, Stuttgart, Heilbronn or one of our locations throughout Germany.

  • Consulting for our new and existing customers on the topic of SAP Sales & Service Cloud
  • Planning and moderation of requirements workshops
  • Project management, planning and coordination of resources as well as project controlling
  • Checking new customer requests and requirements for their feasibility as well as the associated creation and implementation of these concepts
  • Taking over presales activities, presentations and workshops

YOUR PASSION – WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Completed studies in the fields of business administration, marketing, sales, business informatics or comparable training
  • Experience with CRM systems, campaigns and marketing automation
  • Sound process knowledge in the sales and service area
  • Experience with SAP Sales & Service Cloud/ SAP Hybris/ SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C)/ SAP CRM an advantage
  • Independent and team-oriented approach, high level of initiative, strong communication skills and confident appearance
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel within the scope of the projects
