Marketing Expert External Funding Management

The position is - at its core - about organizing and executing the entire process around securing 3rd party marketing funds for our company. As those funds make up a substantial part of our marketing budget, the process is critical for our success. You will align with our core marketing team to identify opportunities where funds can be requested for. Then create such funding proposals in the relevant systems (mainly by SAP). Afterwards you’ll monitor the approval status, and if necessary reach out to the fund providers to clarify what is needed to get the proposals approved. Later, after the approved activities have been conducted, you’ll take all necessary steps to get the funds actually paid out.

• Responsible for all administrative tasks surrounding requesting, claiming and administrating 3rd party marketing fundings.
• Close collaboration with the marketing teams in Europe to secure as much funding as possible.
• You’ll learn a lot about our diversified IT-business and marketing activities in doing so

• As expert in the rules of the funding plans you’ll play an important role in the planning of all marketing activities
• Align with the core marketing teams on the progress of their planned activities
• Organize, collect and enter relevant data (e.g. proofs of execution, results, 3rd party invoices etc.)
• Follow up with partners and internal colleagues if additional information is required

Your Talents:

• English and German language is important
• Strong self-organization, especially regarding deadlines
• Accuracy and reliability to get the details right, as it's hundreds of different "proposals", "claims", "3rd party invoices", "proofs of execution" etc. that need to be organized
• Strong number-affinity, as that's a major part of the job working with all those plans, invoices etc and it's very important not to mix them up
