For our Regional Delivery Center in Alexandria, Egypt, we are looking for a:
Legal Specialist
MORE THAN A JOB - THAT'S WAITING FOR YOU:
- Organize general and extraordinary assembly meetings and manage commercial registry renewals with external legal support
- Review supplier contracts for compliance with Egyptian law and maintain organized contract archives (digital and hard copies)
- Support People & Culture in employment law matters: contract drafting, renewals, terminations, and labor law compliance
- Advise management and departments on legal questions, especially in IT law, corporate law, and corporate governance
- Draft, review, and maintain legal documents and contribute to group-wide contract templates
- Support legal projects, process improvements, and policy implementation across the group
- Coordinate with external law firms and handle legal correspondence
- Work closely with a team of qualified lawyers, contributing to legal compliance in a listed corporate environment
YOUR PASSION – WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- You are a junior graduate from the Faculty of Law with 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- You have solid knowledge in IT law, corporate law, and corporate governance, ideally gained in a major law firm or IT company.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and can use it confidently in our international group
- German language skills would be beneficial
- You are flexible and confident in handling in-person interactions with local authorities.
- You demonstrate strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business contexts, and can quickly grasp complex matters
- Your solutions are precise, pragmatic, and economically sound
