Junior Financial Service Specialist

- Invoice verification and electronic invoice processing
- Digital entry and pre-assignment of invoices in the SAP system
- Control of the release and approval process as well as complaint management
- Electronic archiving and support for document storage
- Support for accounts payable and general ledger accounting
- Clearance of accounts
- Preparation of statistical reports
- Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- General administrative tasks

Your talents:
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
- more knowledge, the more development is possible
- Initial knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP FI
- Team spirit, commitment, and an independent way of working round off your profile
- English level B1, German at least A2
