Your talents:

  • Degree in IT or comparable qualificationExtensive experience in incident, problem and change management
  • Very good knowledge of ITIL (v3 or v4), with certification
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM
  • Basic technical understanding (SAP technology, SAP cloud, application operation, infrastructure)
