Your talents:
- Degree in IT or comparable qualificationExtensive experience in incident, problem and change management
- Very good knowledge of ITIL (v3 or v4), with certification
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM
- Basic technical understanding (SAP technology, SAP cloud, application operation, infrastructure)
