ITSM Process Manager (m/f/d)

What makes your job exciting:
• Analysis of IT processes and requirements as well as close collaboration with cross functional teams• Monitoring and improvement of IT service management processes
• Process design and digital documentation of processes for a clear and structured presentation
• Support of specialist departments in the implementation and optimization of ITSM processes
• Support in the introduction of processes in ServiceNow including testing and general project support
• Preparation of training and workshops
• Creation of reports

YOUR PASSION – WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Experience in the analysis, design and implementation of ITSM processes
• Good knowledge of ITIL and BPMN
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in dealing with ServiceNow with a focus on "Customer Service Management" and "IT Service Management" desirable
• A proactive and results-oriented way of working
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
