Teamlead Cloud Development AT (m/f/d)

We are looking for an inspiring leader who is enthusiastic and committed to driving the success of the SAP Cloud Development team and making our cloud ERP customers even more competitive with developments and integrations.

WHAT MAKES YOUR JOB EXCITING:

• You will take responsibility for our Cloud Development team in Austria and ensure the targeted further development of a young, highly motivated team and its growth in a broad technological environment.
• As team lead, you actively shape the technological cornerstones and procedures of our projects in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP Business ByDesign environment.
• You and your team work together with our Cloud Development Team in Germany across countries and without noticeable team or country boundaries to drive developments and integrations in our customer projects.
• In your role, you will work closely with our sales, presales, consulting and regular customer teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
• You shape the technological direction of our teams and ensure high quality in the development of extensions and integrations based on modern cloud technologies such as the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Through your strategic and operational leadership, you will drive innovation and ensure that your team grows both professionally and personally.

• You have a deep technical understanding and several years of practical experience in dealing with the development technologies around S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP Business ByDesign (ABAP Cloud, BTP CAP, Integration Suite, ABSL Coding, SAP Build, etc.).
• In your more than 8 years of professional experience in the SAP Cloud development environment, you have filled responsible roles in which your leadership role (at least technically coordinating or in project responsibility for several people) has made a significant contribution to success.
• You have a commercial understanding of budget and cost center responsibility in order to successfully lead your team commercially and support the development of new products and services.
• You are a personality with a strong sense of leadership who enjoys motivating teams and supporting employees in their personal growth.
• Your analytical and communication skills as well as your confident and reliable manner enable you to present even complex topics in a targeted and convincing manner and to organize cross-team collaboration.
• Fluent German and English are part of your profile, enabling you to communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.

This position offers a salary (fixed and variable component) from € 95,000 gross per year and a company car. An overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
