Chief Technology Officer/ CTO (m/w/d)

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and elevate our technology strategy and operations. As a member of the Group Executive Management, the CTO will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our consulting and product business by leveraging innovation, cutting-edge technology, and a deep understanding of the global market landscape.

• Lead the expansion of the SAP portfolio and embrace innovation for artificial intelligence, Microsoft products, and other emerging technologies.
• Develop our Hyperscaler landscape especially Microsoft Azure to translate future Hyperscaler strategy into tangible results for our portfolio
• Own Global Product Development and Data Center Management  by ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency (scalability, security, high availability)

• Champion AI-driven solutions and integrate advanced analytics to enrich our consulting services and product offerings.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with technology providers, industry partners, and clients.
• Support our existing partnerships with SAP, Microsoft, and other key players to enhance the company’s offerings and market reach and help extending new ones.
• Inspire, mentor, and lead a diverse and global technology team, promoting a culture of trust, collaboration, and excellence.
• Act as a bridge between technology and business units, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the importance of people and teams, fostering an environment that prioritizes employee well-being and professional growth.
• Work closely with the Group Executive Management to ensure the technology strategy complements overall business objectives.

• Extensive Experience: 10+ years of leadership experience in technology roles, preferably within SAP consulting, AI, or enterprise technology sectors. 

• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP solutions, Microsoft technologies, AI, and emerging tech trends. 

• Innovation Focus: Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering transformative solutions. 

• Global Perspective: Demonstrated international experience, with an ability to navigate cultural diversity and manage global teams. 

• People Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills with a people-first approach to leadership and team development. 

• Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively as part of a Board and contribute to collective success. Hands-on mentality. 

Information:

An annual gross salary starting at €245,000 plus a variable component and a company car – overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
