  1. Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  2. Collaborate with engineering, product, business, and operations teams to define project objectives and success criteria.
  3. Deliver SAP technical projects such as release upgrades, support package implementations, database migrations (e.g. SAP HANA migrations), and cloud transformation initiatives.
    Hands-on experience with SAP upgrade and migration projects is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
  4. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and status reports.
  5. Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
  6. Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
  7. Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
  8. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  9. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
  10. Support Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery approaches as required.
  11. Track and report project metrics, milestones, and deliverables.

WHAT YOU BRING 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Senior SAP Basis Consultant, or similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of technical SAP projects, SAP maintenance strategy and project management principles.
  4. Experience managing complex technical SAP projects in fast-paced environments.
  5. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms.
  6. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  7. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
  9. Proficiency in English is essential; German language skills are a strong asset.
