  • As an interface between the Service Desk and internal 2nd or 3rd level support teams, you ensure smooth operations.
  • You proactively monitor and maintain the ongoing operation of infrastructures – always keeping the overview.
  • You prioritize and coordinate incoming tasks such as incidents, problems, service requests, and changes.

 

Your Talents:

  • Professional experience in a Help Desk environment
  • Service- and customer-oriented mindset, along with strong communication skills
  • Very good German skills and at least B1-level English (for everyday communication, both written and spoken)
  • Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts (from home office)
  • Proactive team communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to both give and receive positive as well as constructive feedback
