Your Talents:
- Professional experience in a Help Desk environment
- Service- and customer-oriented mindset, along with strong communication skills
- Very good German skills and at least B1-level English (for everyday communication, both written and spoken)
- Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts (from home office)
- Proactive team communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to both give and receive positive as well as constructive feedback
