Education & Knowledge Management Specialist

In your role, you will actively shape the setup, further development, and use of our knowledge and learning landscape – organizationally, conceptually, and from a tooling perspective.

Your Talents:
- You have a completed degree in business administration, business informatics, education, communication studies, media studies, or a comparable qualification.
- You have initial to several years of practical experience in knowledge management, learning/enablement, content management, or digital knowledge platforms.
- You are passionate about digitalization, innovative tools, and modern forms of knowledge transfer.
- You have a good understanding of processes in a technology-driven or consulting-oriented environment.
- Confident use of MS Office is second nature to you.
- Ideally, you already have experience working with knowledge management tools, wikis, learning platforms, or collaboration tools.
- You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner.
- You have strong communication skills and can collaborate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
- You have a good sense for presenting complex content in a clear, user-friendly way.
Nice to have
- Experience with Confluence, SAP SuccessFactors, or comparable systems
- Knowledge of didactics, learning design, content editing, or instructional design
- Experience in building scalable knowledge structures and governance models
- Interest in the meaningful use of AI to support knowledge and learning processes
What awaits you:
- You collect, structure, and consolidate knowledge from various parts of the organization and transfer it into central knowledge and learning platforms.
- You design and maintain structures for sustainable knowledge management, such as page architectures, templates, taxonomies, and standards.
- You create, revise, and optimize education and enablement content, e.g. how-tos, guidelines, quick guides, FAQs, learning paths, and training materials.
- You work with central tools such as Confluence, SAP SuccessFactors, Articulate, or comparable platforms and ensure high content quality.
- You support departments in preparing knowledge in a clear, consistent, and target-group-oriented way.
- You contribute to the further development of learning and communication formats to strengthen the use of knowledge and learning content in everyday work.
- You identify optimization potential in the provision, maintenance, and reusability of knowledge.
- Optionally, you use modern AI-based tools to pre-structure, summarize, and create first drafts of content.
