- First point of contact for operational inquiries
- Installation and commissioning of new client hard-/software (for company-owned notebooks, smartphones, tablets and location printers)
- Troubleshooting, diagnosis and fault clearance for hardware and software problems
- Administration of user accounts and authorizations
- Support with updates of device drivers, firmware versions, etc.
- User management via IDM (Identity Management)
- Operational AP for network requests or problems at the Istanbul location
- Ordering and managing hardware for the Istanbul location
- Documenting support cases and their solutions
- Direct and close cooperation with Group IT, IT & A and other departments on topics where we cannot always provide direct support but can efficiently contribute
